Station fun for families
AMMANFORD Fire Station is holding a fun-packed open day for all the family.
The Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service event is taking place on Saturday, October 6, from 10am to 3pm.
Entry to the event is free and all the cash raised will be donated to the Firefighters Charity, which offers services aimed at improving the quality of life for serving and retired firefighters and their families.
There will be a variety of games, activities, ref- reshments and demonstrations held throughout the day, including a chip pan fire and community safety and displays of road traffic collisions.
