Stars for Beach Break
PEMBREY is getting set to welcome some of the brightest music stars this summer, as the line-up is announced for Beach Break Live 2012.
Around 20,000 students are set to descend on the country park for the four- day festival, which will see dozens of dance, rap and indie acts take to stages and tents around the park.
Between June 14 and 18, Pembrey will play host to the mighty Chase and Status, who will headline on Friday, grime maestro Dizzee Rascal, who will be topping Saturday's bill and Friendly Fires, who will raise the roof on Sunday to close the festival.
Organisers released the eagerly anticipated line-up yesterday, revealing that producer and artist Labrinth, who shot to fame last year with hits Let the Sun Shine and Earthquake, as well as Brits Critics Choice-nominated Maverick Sabre and Beach Break regular Ben Howard will take to the main stage.
A festival organiser described the line-up, which already lists around 50 acts as "the biggest ever".
