The dispute was said by the prosecution to have started after Henry accused Miss Harris of "egging" her car a month earlier.

She was then said to have targeted her victim through Facebook, sending her messages including one where she threatened to "make your life hell".

Tearful Miss Harris told the jury at Swansea Crown Court she felt Henry sink her teeth into her leg during the first alleged assault inside Revolution in Wind Street.

Miss Harris had been out with friends at the time when she said Henry walked across the bar shouting accusations.

She alleged Henry began her assault by pushing her head into her face, causing her pain. Henry was then said to have thrown a punch, which missed, and the pair fell to the floor, locked together, both pulling each other's hair.

Miss Harris said she then felt Henry's teeth go into her leg.

"I can't describe it. It was horrible. She wouldn't leave go of my leg," she said.

The pair were separated and told to leave the bar, but a second attack was then said to have happened outside, when Henry punched, and then bit Miss Harris two further times.

Miss Harris said she was running back to her car when she heard Henry yelling abuse.

"She carried on shouting 'Did you egg my car' and then she swung for me again," Miss Harris told the jury.

She said Henry then hit her on the mouth before biting her ear and then her arm. Dean Pullen, prosecuting, said: "The defendant approached her again and was once more abusive to her before punching her in the mouth. She grabbed her again, pulling her towards her before biting her left ear and left arm."

Miss Harris then went to hospital, where her injuries were recorded as bruising and teeth marks to her left upper arm, bite marks to her right thigh as well as bruising and swelling and marks on her thigh.

Stephen Rees, representing Henry, asked Miss Harris if she had taken drugs or was drunk on the night of the attack.

"No," she replied.

He said the defence alleged the two women were shouting at each other and both had been fighting with each other.

He also asked Miss Harris if she had called Henry a racist term during the argument, something she denied.

It is believed the airing of the show — billed as the new The Only Way is Essex — has been delayed because of the trial. Henry, known as Lateysha Grace in publicity for the show, is from St John's Lower Court, Neath Abbey.

The show is due to air its first episode on Tuesday. MTV declined to comment.

The trial continues.
