Speeding confession
A TORY MP has admitted speeding.
Michael Fabricant, a Government whip until last month, told the Commons that his car was photographed breaking the limit in South Wales.
Speaking as MPs discussed improvements to the Welsh railways he said: "May I say that this news of electrification is a great encouragement to me to use the railway in future."
