South Wales travel: Slow traffic on the M4 at Briton Ferry Bridge
(9am UPDATE: now clear) There has been an incident on the A4138 in Carmarthenshire on Bryngwili Road in Hendy near the B4306 Heol Y Parc junction.

(9am UPDATE: now clear)Traffic is moving very slowly on the M4 at Briton Ferry Bridge eastbound between J42, A48 (Fabian Way) and J41, Port Talbot.
BUS: Normal services are expected to run in most areas today, with only minor diversions if roads are icy.
