Simply out to help others
I READ the appalling article on the Awema charity, which has mishandled £8 million of public money despite warnings given to the Welsh Labour government and Lottery fund back in 2003 and 2005.
We at Ty-Olwen Hospice, struggle to keep the doors and patient care open, with the help of volunteers, trustees and the wonderful help of the people of Swansea.
Every £1 raised, we give 95p to the running of Ty-Olwen, no salaries are paid to our management, time is given free.
