Sick bug closes 3 wards
THREE wards have been closed at Morriston Hospital because of a sick bug.
Visitors and new admissions have been temporarily suspended from wards, Dan Danino, Cyril Evans and Ward S, because some staff and patients had been experiencing sickness and diarrhoea.
But hospital bosses said the presence of Norovirus, sometimes known as the winter vomiting bug, had yet to be confirmed or ruled out, as they awaited the results of tests.
