The book has been released in aid of The Prince's Trust and is sponsored by Starbucks Coffee Company.
In it, Sheen added that one of the main reasons the tune resonated with him was because it reminded him of the birth of his 10-year-old daughter Lily.

"I remember listening to it shortly after she arrived and there's a line in it which goes: 'Swim to me, Let me enfold you,' and it just makes me think of her being born and swimming to me, and me being away from her."

“Never mind the pretentious remarks and whether he was born in Newport or not.
Irrelevant!!
As a past film critic and the first Welsh journo to interview Sir Anthony Hopkins after his Oscar success in 1992, I can proudly state that Michael Sheen is up there with the best actors around.
Long may he continue!”
