Seamer heads out to England training camp
JAMES Harris has touched down in the sunshine state of Florida, an unlikely stop-off on what he hopes is a journey towards becoming an England Test cricketer.
The Pontarddulais seamer has joined four other promising county bowlers for a month-long training camp as part of the England Performance Programme for young fast bowlers.

Harris, the Surrey pair of Jade Dernbach and Stuart Meaker, Hampshire's David Griffiths and Warwickshire's Irish international Boyd Rankin have been identified as potential England stars of the future.
And the 19-year-old is preparing for a demanding four weeks, despite the glamorous location.
"It sounds a lot nicer than it is going to be," smiled Harris.
"It is going to be tough, fours sessions a day up at the crack of dawn and training straight through until dusk, but I am sure it will be rewarding month and help me towards next season.
"It is purely a conditioning month, no cricket so I am leaving my bowling boots at home and taking my shorts and trainers instead.
"It has been designed with international cricket in mind, and how international cricketers need to be conditioned these days.
"The plan is to make me stronger, put on a bit of weight, which they have been trying to do for a few years without much success."
Harris is already on England's radar having turned out for the England Lions against the touring Australians this summer.
Harris will return from the US in time for Christmas, before then heading out to Chennai in India in January to join the world-renowned bowling academy of former Australia great Dennis Lillee.
"This is where the bowling will be done," continued Harris. "We go out there for 10 days and that will give us a good head start going into the season.
"It is all about gaining experience, I will be able to sit down and talk bowling with him in the evenings, and there is no-one better qualified in the world to talk fast bowling than Dennis Lillee."
