School top of class!
PUPILS at a Lampeter school are reaping the benefits of a multi-million pound ongoing refurbishment.
Lampeter's new three to 19-year-old school, Ysgol Bro Pedr is currently undergoing refurbishment work which is set to cost £4.62 million.
The work includes an already completed all-weather sports pitch, the building of a new administration and reception area and the renovation of existing wings in the school. But work on phase three of the project was halted for five weeks after a bat nest was found.
Ceredigion County Council said the work is being done to bring the schools facilities to 21st century standards.
