SCARLETS fly-half Owen Williams looks set to join Leicester Tigers at the end of the season.
The 21-year-old has impressed with the Llanelli region during this campaign, winning successive man-of-the-match awards against Connacht and Munster last month.

Williams also caught the eye during the Scarlets' 40-19 LV= Cup victory over Leicester in February, and now it seems the Wales Under-20 international is on his way to Welford Road.
The Scarlets are believed to have made Williams an offer to stay in Wales, but the Llanelli youngster is now set to sign for a Leicester side which already has three fly-halves in the form of Toby Flood, Dan Bowden and, from next season, Ryan Lamb.
