Have Your Say: Share traveller sites in city
MAY I through the Evening Post give an opinion on the sites for the gypsy/traveller argument.
These councilors voted in to represent their local areas, they supposed to be well versed and educated to the job of counselling, but do they know the dictionary meaning of the word fairness states: equality, impartiality, decency and Justice. Seemingly this means nothing to the councillors who voted for these two sites (it's a case of not in my back yard).
This is no fairness to the residents in the Llansamlet area.
Why should one area have gypsy sites in their vicinity?
The travellers should not dictate to the council, the council should say "this is where the traveller site is going to be" full stop.
Councillors, don't put a gypsy wall up to divide a east and west Swansea just to please these hoity-toity councillors in the west of our city.
Share the burden equally.
