SUN CREAM AND SEVENS FUN
SUN cream and rugby are not traditional bedfellows in Wales, but the white stuff came in handy at a sweltering sevens tournament in Pontarddulais.
Sunday's event raised £1,181 for children's cancer charity CLIC Sargent.
It was organised by Rob and Kez Richards, of Uplands, Swansea, in memory of their daughter Jen, who died in 2011 (see main story).
Six teams took part, with Scotland Highlanders winning the cup and Golden Oldies taking the shield.
The event took place at the Bont's Coedbach Park and included a raffle, auction and barbecue.
