Ryan Jones could be back 'before end of season'
THE Ospreys say Lions hopeful Ryan Jones has a "realistic" chance of playing again before the end of the season.
Jones fractured a bone in his shoulder during Wales's Six Nations encounter with Scotland at Murrayfield.
His Lions hopes are hanging in the balance, but the Ospreys believe he could be back on the field before Warren Gatland's squad head for Australia.
Head physio Chris Towers said of the 32-year-old's condition: "Further investigation has confirmed that a fracture to the shoulder blade is stable and it is just a case of waiting for it to heal.

"Providing there are no problems, he has a realistic chance of being back playing before the end of the season."
Eli Walker is still struggling with the back injury he picked up during the Six Nations, with a decision set to be made next week on the best course of treatment for him.
Ian Gough (back spasm) is expected to be available next weekend, Joe Rees (knee) could resume in early April and Andrew Bishop may also return before the end of the campaign after surgery on a disc problem in his back.
Tom Smith remains sidelined with a chronic groin issue.
