Russell T Davies says he will not be making comeback to Doctor Who
HE may have masterminded Doctor Who's return, but Swansea's Russell T Davies will not be making a comeback of his own.
The former Olchfa schoolboy regenerated the long-running sci-fi series in 2005 after its 16-year hiatus and remained with it until 2010.

By that time it had proved a hit around the world.
Davies then handed over the reins to Steven Moffat, who has now revealed he has tried to get him to return several times.

"The offer is continually made and I'm getting nowhere," said Moffat.
He said he would have Davies back like a shot, describing him as the best writer breathing.
"I think he probably did his duty for Doctor Who so he's maybe wanting a nice long rest from it," Moffat added.
Davies himself has already ruled out the possibility of returning for the show's 50th anniversary this year. He said he did not want to know what was being planned so he could enjoy the celebrations like a fan.
