Runaway robbers returned
Three robbers on the run from a Welsh prison have been caught.
John Phillips, Stephen Booth, and Jason Morris, absconded from Prescoed prison in Monmouthshire on Tuesday night.
All had been convicted for separate burglary offences — Phillips, 28, at Swansea Crown Court in March 2006, Booth, 34, at Cardiff Crown in June 2008, and 34-year-old Morris at Merthyr Crown in September 2005.
Gwent police had advised the public not to approach them but to contact officers if they had any information on their whereabouts.

The trio were arrested last night, it is believed in a house in Newport. They are now being returned to prison.
