Rules for a reason
THERE was something almost romantic about the Dolphin Hotel squatters when they first moved in.
It's terrible to see landmark buildings going to waste — and who doesn't love free coffee?
But now the practicalities of running a large place on a wing and a prayer has set in. They may have wanted to cwtch their neighbours but in reality they have taken trade from nearby cafes, and caused a stinky sewage leak.
Who is going to pay for all the damage? It is unlikely the squatters are insured.
Rules and regulations may be boring, but they are there for a reason.

“calvinSX - grow up. If you squatted the building you have to take responsibility for it. Simple. Now toddle off back to where you came from. 99.99% of Swansea doesn't want you there.”
