Road safety a concern
TRAFFIC-CALMING measures and pedestrian safety in a village on the outskirts of Carmarthen will come under the microscope later this month.
A public consultation will consider how best to protect residents' welfare amid growing safety concerns.
Fears had been raised over the safety of children forced to cross three lanes of fast moving traffic to catch their school buses.
A public consultation will take place at Yr Aelwyd in Tregunnor on Thursday, September 20, for residents to have their say on traffic calming plans.
