Recycling site picks up prize
THE county council's interactive website to help people reduce and recycle their rubbish has won an award.
The site — www.recyclefor carmarthenshire.com — which was launched earlier this year, has information, news and advice as well as quick links to order more blue bags, green bins or help to find your nearest recycling centre.
There is also advice on real nappies, home composting and reducing food waste.
The site won the Best Digital Campaign at the Chartered Institute of Public Relations awards.
