FRIENDS and family of a much missed Swansea man will be pounding their way along the city's foreshore tomorrow to raise money for charity in his memory.

Richard Taylor, 26, of Saunders Way, Derwen Fawr, was died on his way to work at Admiral in SA1 last December after coming into collision with a bus.

Such was his popularity — he had more than 2,000 friends on Facebook — his funeral was described as being of "biblical proportions" with over 700 people attempting to get into the church.

Now a group will run the Admiral Swansea Bay 10K in his memory and to raise money for the Richard Taylor Foundation, which aims to fund projects in Africa and at home.
