Pupils' summer gift to help other kids
CHILDREN at a Neath school used their summer holiday for a good cause.
Scott Lloyd Evans, Wil Morgan, Evie Haren and Mia Hancock decided to run a yard sale, to help raise money for an African methodist school founded by their teacher, Emily John.
The group raised £80 from the sale, which included cakes, jewellery and other items.
Ten-year-old Scott said: "We decided to do it for Mrs John, who is a missionary who goes out to Africa.
"It was me and my friend's idea. Maybe we will hold one again."
