TOM Prydie's shock senior call-up will provide inspiration to Wales Under-18s when they take on Scotland in Melrose on Sunday (3), insists coach Simon King

"Tom's involvement with the seniors has obviously been fantastic for his development and a massive incentive to the rest of our players," said King.

"All of our squad and management wish him well for his international debut and we hope to welcome him back into the Under-18 set-up for our remaining matches."

Wales will be led by flanker Thomas Young, son of former Wales and British Lions prop Dai Young.

Following Sunday's clash with the Scots, Wales take on England at St Helen's, on Sunday, March 28 (2).
