Property plans submitted
PLANS have been submitted for changes to properties in the Swansea city centre Castle ward.
One is from Janet Joseph for a change of use of 3 Brunswick Street, from a residential dwelling into a seven-bed house of multiple occupation.
Two more have been submitted by Abdul Muhit, for a new shop front, and for two internally illuminated signs, at 29 Singleton Street.
All the plans will be considered by Swansea Council.
