Premier League transfer news: Reading boss on Danny Graham
READING boss Brian McDermott has admitted he is a fan of Danny Graham.
The Swansea City striker is due to have talks with boss Michael Laudrup over his Liberty Stadium future.
Reading are among the clubs said to be monitoring the situation — Norwich are another — but McDermott says he is impressed by the way Graham has progressed over the years.
"He's Swansea's player and I think there is a bit of interest in him," he said. "He's scored a couple of goals lately in the league.

Joe Cole has completed his free transfer from Liverpool to West Ham.
The 31-year-old has signed an 18-month contract at Upton Park.
Cole said: "It is a great move for me.
"This is where I learnt my trade and I'm happy to have another chance to be here. I've always loved West Ham and I hope I can give the club a few memorable seasons."
Sunderland striker Fraizer Campbell would be interested in a move to Hull City, according to the player's father.
Hull boss Steve Bruce has confirmed he would be interested in taking Campbell to the KC Stadium.
Campbell's father and adviser, Keith Campbell, said: "He is very impressed with the way they play and feels he would fit. He is also a big fan of Steve Bruce."
Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert is considering a shock January move for Manchester City and England defender Joloen Lescott.
Lescott, a Villa supporter, is out of favour at the Etihad Stadium.
“Joleon has been a top player and still is,” said Lambert. “He’s a top, top player.
“I will sit with the rest of the staff and see what I can do. But I don’t think you can ever dismiss it whenever you are talking about a top player.”
Chelsea have completed the signing of Demba Ba from Newcastle.
The striker has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract at Stamford Bridge.
Ba joins the European champions for an undisclosed fee, believed to match the £7.5m release clause in his contract at Newcastle.
He said: “It feels good to be here, I’m very happy and very proud.
“When the club who won the Champions League wants you, the decision is very easy.”
QPR boss Harry Redknapp is planning a transfer window move for Tottenham’s Jake Livermore.
Redknapp is also considering loan moves for Robbie Keane and Tim Cahill.
Wigan have completed the signing of Honduras midfielder Roger Espinoza on a two-and-a-half-year contract.
The 26-year-old will go straight into the squad for Saturday’s FA Cup tie against Bournemouth. Espinoza has moved to the DW Stadium after four years with Kansas City Wizards in the MLS.
West Ham have signed striker Marouane Chamakh on loan from Arsenal until the end of the season.
