A MULTI-MILLON Port Talbot power plant has been on the agenda for council planners once again.

Prenergy bosses have been attempting to move forward with its controversial £400 million biomass plant planned for the town's docks area.

Neath Port Talbot Council has now received details about dust monitoring protocols which had to be agreed before any construction can begin.

Councillors met yesterday to discuss the latest application a which is part of an earlier agreed condition.
