Power cut across Swansea region
Power was cut to 18,000 homes across the Swansea region this morning, following an accident with a power line.
The power line was struck by a crane being carried on a barge on the Loughor Estuary, at around 9.45am.
Western Power Distribution say power was returned to 13,000 properties within half an hour, with the rest connected by 10.30am.
