PORT Talbot police have been working with Aberafan Shopping Centre security staff to tackle crime.

PCSOs Andrew Balzano and Dan Morris are patrolling the shopping centre every day to talk to and offer reassurance to the shoppers across the town. They have been handing out jingle bells — donated by the Neath and Port Talbot Safer Partnership office — which can be attached to a bag or purse as a method of crime prevention.
