Choreographer Terry Michael, who runs TDM, said: "The girls are so excited.
"It has been a great journey for them."
One of the members, Ffion Evans from Neath, who attends Bryncoch Church in Wales School, said they were all looking forward to taking part in the show.
"I am really excited and nervous," said the 11-year-old.
"We have been rehearsing seven days a week until 9pm at night.
"Everyone in my class and everyone at my school is supporting us.
"We are going to give out flyers to get as much support as we can."
She said they had created a new routine for the live show, and hoped it would impress judges — JLS singer Aston Merrygold, former Pussycat Doll Kimberly Wyatt and Diversity's Ashley Banjo.
"We have made up a new routine and have got some different moves," she said.
"We have been dancing as different groups for the past three years.
"We made the group up four days before the audition.
"I was also in Eruption, Erupt and in Nu Sxool. Britain's Got Talent with Nu Sxool was amazing and we are still doing gigs."
Her mum Sara Evans said they were so excited for the girls.
"They have been working so hard," she said. "They have been practising every night.
"She has been coming home from school and then going to rehearsals and not coming back until 9pm.
"I am going up to London with Ffion and then my husband and other daughter will be coming to London for Sunday.
"They are the only girl group from Wales to have reached the semi-finals.
"We are hoping everyone in Wales gets behind them."
Got To Dance is on Sky1 on Sunday at 6pm.
