Police hunt for man following attempted bag-snatch near Swansea bank
Police are appealing for help after a woman was attacked shortly after withdrawing cash from an ATM.
Officers believe the victim was followed from the bank by the assailant, who then approached her from behind and tried to grab her bag. The man fled empty handed, and police are urging anyone with information to come forward.

Police say the victim was unhurt.
The incident happened sometime between 9.50pm and 10pm on Tuesday, as the woman walked away from the ATM at the NatWest bank on Uplands Crescent, Uplands, Swansea. Officers believe the 41-year-old was followed on to near-by Gwydr Crescent, where the attempted bag-snatch took place.

Police have released a description of a man they want to talk to. He is described as white, aged 20 to 30, and of a slim build. He was wearing a light coloured hooded top with thick stripes going across the body.
A South Wales Police spokesman said: "Anyone who witnessed the incident or has any relevant information should contact Swansea CID."
