Police appeal for info as trouserless man commits lewd acts on Swansea street
POLICE are appealing for information after a trouserless man committed a lewd act as he walked down a Swansea street.
Forty minutes later he was spotted sitting on the steps in a busy retail park this time wearing trousers — but again exposing himself to passers-by and touching himself.
-

The first incident happened at around 9.50am on Saturday, January 5, when a man with no trousers was seen walking along Gendros Avenue West, near the community centre, touching himself. At around 10.40am the same day he was seen sitting on steps near the Carphone Warehouse shop in Parc Fforestfach, exposing himself to women walking past and committing lewd acts.
South Wales Police Detective Constable Emma Hughes said: "These incidents have occurred in a residential area and a very busy retail shopping park, and at a time of day when there would have been numerous people out and about.

"This individual was quite blatant in the way he committed these acts and he may well have been seen by a countless number of people.
"I would urge anyone who saw either of the two incidents to come forward."
Officers have released a description of a man they want to talk in connection with incidents.
He is described as white, in his mid 20, 5ft 5in tall, and of a slim build. He was wearing a green hooded top with lighted coloured stripes.
A-22-year-old man arrested connection with the incidents has been released on police bail.
