Police are appealing for help after a hit-and-run in Swansea this evening.

A 16-year-old girl was taken to Morriston Hospital following the incident, which happened on Walter Road, near the junction with Bullin's Lane, at around 4.40pm.

Officers say a black Mini car was involved, and they are urging anyone who was in the area at the time - or anyone with information about the vehicle - to come forward.
