Police appeal following sexual assault in Briton Ferry
A 17-year-old has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault in Briton Ferry.
Police are appealing for witnesses after a 31-year-old woman was attacked on Saturday between 9.30pm and 10pm.

A spokesman for South Wales Police said the woman was walking along Regent Street East when a man approached her and pulled her across the road near to the junction with Ferry Close where he sexually assaulted her.
Police say the 17-year-old has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.

Detective Inspector David Hough, of the Sapphire Team based at Morriston Police Station, said: “This was an extremely traumatic and upsetting incident for this lady.
“Although the attack happened during the hours of darkness we are aware that there were people and vehicles out and about in the area, at the time, as members of the public have come forward to let us know what was happening.
“I am appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time and witnessed the attack or has any relevant information to come forward."
