Police appeal after Ynystawe assault
POLICE are appealing for witnesses following an assault in Ynystawe which left a man with head and facial injuries.
The 40-year-old was near the junction of Ynysallan Road and a new housing estate in Herbert Thomas Way when he was attacked by two men.

The incident happened at 10.30pm on Sunday, March 3, while the victim was walking from Ynystawe towards Birchgrove.
He was treated for his injuries in Morriston Hospital.

The first suspect is described as being white, male, aged 20 to 30, around 6ft 2ins in height and of slim build. He spoke with a Welsh accent.
The second suspect was white, male, aged 20 to 30, around 6ft in height and of slim build.
Police are appealing for any witnesses to the incident or anyone with information to contact 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
