BISHOPSTON: Coombe Tennant Estate has been given planning permission to erect a field shelter on land in Bishopston.

CASWELL: Mr Roy Probert has been given permission to build a two-storey rear extension and side dormer to 23 Caswell Avenue.

WEST CROSS: Ms Elen Thomas will be able to build a single-storey side/rear extension and external steps to her home at 4 Brooklyn Gardens, West Cross, after winning approval from Swansea Council.

GORSEINON: Swansea councillors have voted to refuse planning permission for a side conservatory at 2 Penyrheol Road, Gorseinon, labelling plans an "incongruous form of development".
