Planned closure of Llantrisant car parts factory
A car parts firm is planning to close its South Wales factory which employs about 200 workers.
The Unite union says Sogefi Filtration in Llantrisant has started a 90-day consultation period among staff. The company has been asked to comment.
Unite regional officer Andrea Jones said the announcement comes after staff recently returned to full time working.
Pontypridd AM Mick Antoniw said he had met the firm's managing director who confirmed the closure plan.
