Photography at the garden
THE National Botanic Garden of Wales will play host to a photography show from this week.
The International Garden Photographer of the Year exhibition (IGPOTY), which will run all summer long, opens on Friday.
This is the first time the world-renowned exhibition, which is in its sixth year, has come to Wales.
David Hardy, from the garden, said: "This is a real coup for us. IGPOTY is launching simultaneously here and in Scotland — at the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh — before travelling around the UK, Europe and then New York. The images are truly spellbinding and we feel privileged to have such a compelling body of work here at the garden."
