Patients can speak out over hospital services
PATIENTS are being given the chance to have their say to help improve hospital services.
They are being offered a voice to shape the care they receive at Princess of Wales Hospital in Bridgend.
Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board has drawn up a feedback form so they can rate the treatment they get.
It aims to offer the health board with key information but also a chance to say what the hospital does well and where it really needs to make changes.
The scheme is being put in place after some quality and safety concerns were raised about some certain areas of the hospital.
ABMU head of patient experience, Paul Jones, said it was being piloted in 22 units.
