Pardew hopeful on key pair
NEWCASTLE United manager Alan Pardew is confident Yohan Cabaye and Fabricio Coloccini will both be available for the Magpies' trip to Swansea City on Saturday.
Pardew is also hopeful of including attacking midfielder Hatem Ben Arfa in the squad against the Capital One Cup champions.
There are fitness concerns over midfielder Cabaye and defender Coloccini after both were forced to leave the field in Newcastle's 4-2 win over Southampton last weekend. But Pardew reckons the two will be fine to face Swansea. "Cabaye was pulling the strings — it was a shame to lose him," he said. "I was really pleased with the perform-
ance."

On Coloccini, who injured himself attempting an overhead clearance, Pardew said: "It's not that bad. I just told him not to try those overhead kicks at his age. I think that he'll be okay."
