It was a natural progression for the friends to go into business together and now they have, they are ecstatic.
Rhys said: "We're so excited to get started and joining forces with SureLet means 2013 is set to be a fresh challenge for us.
"We have both known landlords and understand their needs as business customers. We know that what we can offer them is second to none.
"We have an unrivalled 365 days a year property management centre which is open 24/7, meaning that whenever there is a problem, we're always the first to respond, giving you as the landlord total peace of mind."
Rhodri added: "We can offer a truly efficient and highly professional service to our landlords and will do everything we can to make sure they're happy."
SureLet, the franchise in which they have invested, has over 28 outlets across the UK. The reason for its success is because the franchisees are allowed to spend their time looking after their landlords and finding new ones, as the property management centre takes care of the all the menial paperwork.
This provides the foundation and time on which to build a professional relationship with landlords in the area and really understand what it is they want from a letting agency.
Rhys said: "The tenants also have a 24 hour number to call in need of emergencies, allowing you as the landlord to relax, knowing that you won't be called out to a property at 3am. The technology SureLet uses is state-of-the-art and allows us to view a property, take the photos and have it marketed on the main property portals in minutes, so no time is wasted finding your property the right tenant.
"Me and Rhodri are certain that with our local knowledge and contacts, we can offer a fantastic service in the Carmarthen and Swansea areas."
Rhodri added: "I'm just so excited to get going, so if you own a property in the area then why not try us today?"
