Pair's pageant success
TWO Llanelli beauties are in the running to become the next Miss Wales, after achieving county-wide pageant success.
Sophie Griffiths, 21, from Pwll, and Cassie Broom, 23, from Llanelli scooped second and third place respectively at the final of Miss Carmarthenshire 2013.

Sophie said she enjoyed taking part and was surprised when she was revealed as one of the winners.
She said: "My family and friends were there watching and it was nice to share the experience with them."

And Cassie said she couldn't believe it when her name was announced.
"It will be my first Miss Wales competition and I am really excited," she added.
Both models will compete in the Miss Wales final in St David's Hall in Cardiff in April.
