"I've only had the car for about a week, so I was a little bit cheesed off."
He said it was the first time he'd been aware of such an accident on the street, adding: "We get the odd mirror coming off now and again, but this is the first time something like this has happened.
"Nobody was injured though, thankfully."
He said he was unsure how much repairs would cost, but there was "quite a bit" of damage.
Dyfed-Powys Police officers attended the scene to assist in the recovery of the vehicle, and manage traffic.
