Fotuali'i has become one of the most sought-after players in Europe after a series of superb displays for the Ospreys in recent weeks.
Toulouse would have noted his quality when the were turned over by a Fotuali'i-inspired Ospreys at the Liberty Stadium last month, while other performances — including the one against the Scarlets ion Boxing Day — have been world class.
Fotuali'i has indicated he is keen to sign a new contract at the region, though with a number of Europe's big hitters circling, the Ospreys will hope he does so sooner rather than later.
