Mum slams nursery: 'Why didn’t you notice my toddler was missing?'
NURSERY bosses have apologised after a 19-month-old toddler managed to get through a security door and wander outside the building.
Bosses said Josh Davies slipped unnoticed out of the Paradise Community Nursery in Townhill's Phoenix Centre, and made it through the front door before a member of staff grabbed him.

Mum Emma, aged 22, said she was left shocked by the escape — and is now looking for a new nursery.
Mother-of-one Emma, from Elphin Road, Townhill, said: "When I went to pick Josh up that day, staff sat me down and told me what had happened.
"At first, I was shocked, then just relieved.
"I can't believe he was able to get out — I was really worried.
"I had been using the nursery for a couple of months but now I am looking for another one."
Little Josh got out of the nursery when the door — which is double-locked and has an alarm — was opened to show families around the centre.

He made it though the reception area of the popular centre and out the front door before a Phoenix receptionist spotted him and took him back.
The Phoenix Centre is run by The Hill Community Development Trust.
As well as the nursery, the centre contains business units, a library, a cafe, and conference rooms.
Mike Durke, from the trust, said the nursery had apologised to Josh's mum, and carried out an investigation.
"This simply should not have occurred," he said.
"It was an unacceptable breach of security, and we are treating it very seriously.
"The area around the door was very congested at the time with children doing activities, and the youngster involved managed to slip out when the door was opened for visitors.
"A full investigation was carried out by myself and the nursery manager, and a full report on the incident has been sent to the Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales."
He added: "Pending further advice from the inspectorate, disciplinary action will be considered."
