THE Ospreys have bolstered their support staff by appointing two new physiotherapists ahead of the coming rugby season.

Neil Poulton, 32, and Nick Hess, 22, will join an expanded medical team at the region's Llandarcy HQ where they will work alongside head physio Chris Towers and Brian O'Leary.

The Ospreys see the appointments as significant, with chief operations officer Andrew Hore saying: "It gives me great pleasure to welcome Neil and Nick to the Ospreys.

"The extension of the medical team to four full-time staff members, coupled with modifications to the delivery of our rugby and conditioning programme, will enhance the level of service we are able to provide across the playing squad.
