Movie goes on stage
ONE of the movie classics of the 1960s will take to the stage on Monday, with Swansea Amateurs at the helm.
Adapted from the Dick Clement and Ian La Frenais charmer Billy Liar, Billy sees an undertaker's apprentice imagine a far more exciting life for himself than the humdrum one which he actually inhabits.
The action unfolds at Swansea's Grand Theatre, from Monday until Saturday, at 7.15pm, with a Saturday matinee at 2.30pm.
