Morten Wieghorst: It is too early to talk about Swansea City job
MORTEN Wieghorst has insisted it is too soon to talk about taking over from Michael Laudrup at Swansea City.
Wieghorst arrived at the Liberty Stadium as Swansea's assistant manager last month - and Laudrup has declared that his fellow Dane could be the man to succeed him.
Wieghorst, who has spent the last seven years a manager in his native Denmark, is flattered by the suggestion that he could be the top man at Swansea in the future.
But he said: "It's a compliment of course, but I don't think along those lines.
"There is speculation back home as well, but I have only been here a month and people are trying to put me into the next position."I am not thinking that far ahead to be honest."
