Minister to speak at event
EDUCATION Minister Leighton Andrews will be speaking at a conference about the Welsh language tomorrow.
The Census and the Welsh Language event is taking place at the Mountain Gate Hotel in Tycroes, providing people with a chance to discuss, analyse and interpret the recent census results in relation to Welsh speaking.
The all-day event, which runs from 9.30am until 4pm, is being sponsored by the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol.
Other speakers include Elin Haf Gruffydd, from Aberystwyth University, Ap Ellen White, leader of Ceredigion County Council and Dyfed Edwards, leader of Gwynedd County Council.
