Millionaires' row development launching in Langland
A MILLIONAIRES' row development will be officially launched in Langland this weekend.
Homes with an average price tag of £1.1 million are being launched at a housing project which is due to be completed between October and November this year.
Around five homes have already been built at the Mary Twill Grove site, with two already sold, including one to a buyer from within five miles of the development.
Gower Coast Properties owner Brett Garnet Jones said: "We have a number of expats coming back to the area who are making enquiries.

"There are also a number of entrepreneurs in the area that have done very well.
"Many have come to university here, liked the area and decided to stay.
"The good thing is that all the enquiries we have had have been for full-time occupancies."
Mr Garnet Jones said the properties, which are officially launched on Saturday, will also be maintenance-free for 10 years. Bev Wookey, area sales manager for developer Redrow, said: "The people that are buying are local.
"We have had an element of interest from people who are relocating back to their roots, people who have moved out of the area and are coming back here for retirement."
Newton councillor Miles Thomas voted against the development when it appeared before a Swansea Council planning committee.
Mr Thomas said: "It is an over-intensification of the site.
"All the local people who objected had no objection to a development on the site but the size and quantity of the houses.
"There was quite a groundswell of opinion to oppose the development.
"The land was ripe for development but not on the number and size of the buildings."

“Neathboy234 - not at all. If I was spending a million, I'd expect much better than this, and I expect most people would. Just look at the outside - no real design, just a square block. And the inside is very low quality. I only have a 0.5 million apartment, but it's miles better than this. Don't see what not liking something has to do with jealousy. There are cheap and expensive properties that I like and don't like. Price has nothing to do with level of design and quality of the build and materials used.”
