Michel Vorm poised to return to Swansea City to face Newcastle
MICHEL Vorm is poised to return to the Swansea City side to face Newcastle today, with the Dutchman declaring he is relishing his duel with Gerhard Tremmel for a starting place.
Vorm was the undoubted first choice last season, winning the Swans' player of the year award and starting all but one of the Swans' 38 Premier League matches.

But the Dutch international has found his place under threat this term, with an injury earlier in the campaign giving Tremmel the opportunity to step in and impress in his 19 appearances.
Michael Laudrup kept faith with Tremmel throughout Swansea's glorious Capital One Cup campaign but, with a return to Premier League action today, the Dane is expected to turn to Vorm.

And having missed out on last Sunday's 5-0 thrashing of Bradford at Wembley, Vorm is eager to make the most of his chance to reclaim his place.
"We get on really well and the extra competition can only be good for me," he said.
"Like every player, I would have loved to have played in the final. But I knew a long time before that Gerhard would have the gloves.
"I was pleased for him as he hasn't played that much over the last two seasons because of me, which couldn't have been easy.
"But he deserved his place because he's done really well this season. He's proved what he's capable of and had every right to earn himself a new contract. Although I didn't play, I still enjoyed the atmosphere and the
