Michael Laudrup delighted at historic Swansea City win against Chelsea
MICHAEL Laudrup could not hide his delight after Swansea City took a giant stride towards Wembley with a sensational 2-0 win at Chelsea.
Laudrup's men chalked up one of the finest results in Swansea's history to put themselves within touching distance of the Capital One Cup final.
Swansea's boss admitted in the build-up that he would have accepted a narrow defeat at Stamford Bridge provided his team scored an away goal.
What he got was an unexpected two-goal advantage thanks to strikes from Michu and Danny Graham - and a huge defensive effort.

"Of course I am delighted," Laudrup said.
"We have already this season achieved some historic results for the club, at Anfield and the Emirates, but to win at the European champions from last season is something very special.
"We try to have the ball - most games we have it more than the opponent - but it would be unrealistic to think we could come here and have it as much.
"We knew we had to have a very good performance without the ball and see if we could score the away goal chances that came our way.
"Obviously I am delighted that we could do that, the two goals were from mistakes by a great player but that just shows no-one's perfect."
Rafa Benitez added: "We could have scored two or three goals in the first half and one or two in the second. We made two mistakes and conceded two goals.
"Any player can make a mistake. We tried to do things after that and the team created a lot of chances. In football it can happen."
